If you have 10–15 years of experience in Food Technology, Process Engineering, Meat Technology, Manufacturing Excellence, or Productivity, this is an exciting opportunity to lead process development, commercialization, manufacturing excellence, and cost optimization initiatives for value-added meat products.

Technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Meat Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process scale-up, commercialization, reformulation, and manufacturing optimization within the food, meat, poultry, seafood, or protein processing industry.
