Join ADM as a Senior Manager – Quality Assurance and play a critical role in upholding the highest standards in food safety and quality across our Indian operations.
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Experience Required: 6–10 years in food/feed production, quality systems, and laboratory management
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Technology, Oil Technology, or a related field
Skills:
- Expertise in GMP, FSSC22000, GLP (ISO 17025), and microbiological analysis
- Strong coordination with plant QA/QC teams
- Proficient in MS Office & Excel
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (FSSAI, Legal Metrology, HALAL, KOSHER, NON-GMO)
- A collaborative mindset with problem-solving and leadership skills
What You’ll Do:
- Drive quality and food safety programs across manufacturing and tolling sites
- Lead internal and external audits
- Interface with national bodies like SOPA, IVPA, FICCI
- Coach QA/QC managers on evolving regulations
- Support new business initiatives and compliance reviews
