Position: Senior Manager – Production (Dairy Industry)
Location: Jaipur and Bikaner, Rajasthan
Number of Positions: 2
Qualification: B.Tech in Dairy Technology
Experience: Minimum 15 years in production management, with expertise specifically in PolyPack for all variants of milk, curd, lassi, and ghee.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations for all dairy product lines, including milk, curd, lassi, and ghee.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the production process.
Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets.
Monitor and control the PolyPack process to ensure the highest product quality.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Train and mentor production staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
