- Strong experience in brewery packaging operations and operational excellence.
- Expertise in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE, GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000/ISO 22000.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.

- Drive packaging operations, quality, food safety, and process excellence.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance, and EHS standards.
