Everest Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a seasoned and hands-on leader to head our New Product Development & R&D function in Mumbai.
This role is ideal for a food science professional who can take products from concept to successful market launch, with a strong understanding of ingredient stability, formulation, and shelf life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of spices, sauces, gravies, and RTC/RTE products
- Collaborate with Production, QA, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
- Ensure products are safe, stable, consistent, and great in taste
- Drive scale-up from trials to full commercial production
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience in Food NPD / R&D
- Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or related field
- Strong experience in commercializing products at scale
- Deep understanding of ingredients and product stability
