What We’re Looking For
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Food Technologist to join our growing team. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology and 10+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Oversee product development and lead R&D for new food products.
Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, quality control, and procurement.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Stay updated with the latest food industry trends and technologies.
Train and mentor junior staff in food technology and safety protocols.
Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
Key Requirements
A degree in Food Technology
At least 10 years of hands-on experience in the food manufacturing sector
Salary
