About the Role
- Establish quality standards and prepare the plant for BRCGS audits
- Ensure 100% compliance with BRCGS requirements
- Actively prepare for and face BRCGS audits
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage BRCGS audits successfully
- Maintain compliance with global food safety and quality standards
- Drive quality initiatives across the plant

Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of BRCGS
- Experience in Quality functions
- Prior experience in facing multiple BRCGS audits in the food industry
Preferred Skills
- Background in the Food Industry
Compensation
- CTC up to 8.5 LPA
