About the Job:
Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team works across 100 sites in over 30 countries, producing and delivering our world-class brands. We’re looking for a Senior Executive – Quality to join our Kolkata Unit (Essencia).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate or equivalent degree (preferably in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or DIFAT)
- 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Systems within Food Processing, FMCG, Distillery, Brewery, or Beverage industry

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and SOPs
- Hands-on experience in quality improvement projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills

What You’ll Do
- Ensure world-class quality standards across our distillery and beverage operations
- Lead quality systems, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate across manufacturing, supply chain, and technical teams
What We’re Looking For
- Postgraduate in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Systems within Food Processing, FMCG, Brewery, or Beverage sectors
- Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills
