Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end quality monitoring of incoming materials and in-line production.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Maintain and update SAP records and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct internal audits (GMP, GRMS, SQIP) and coordinate with authorities (FSSAI, LMR, Excise).
- Ensure lab equipment calibration and timely sample analysis.
- Promote a strong culture of food safety, hygiene (GMP/GLP/GSP/GHP), and continuous improvement (5S).
- Train shop floor teams and communicate with vendors for rejections and development.
- Market visits for new products or complaint sample collection.
Senior Executive – Quality (QA)
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or DIFAT.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of QMS & FSMS, hands-on with lab instruments and analysis techniques.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and a quick learner with an initiative-driven attitude.
