Job Role: Senior Executive – Quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Operations: Analyze raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Calibrate lab equipment and troubleshoot issues. Manage customer complaints and monitor data for multiple units.
- Sensory Evaluation: Organize round robin samples for sensory evaluations and improve round robin scores.
- Compliance & Audits: Conduct quarterly compliance audits and track the closure of actions through MUMV. Visit depots for validation of GDQS and market connect programs.
- Food Safety & Culture: Develop and sustain a food safety culture across regions, delivering training on food safety and quality culture.
- Governance & Reporting: Monitor and verify data for GFPS, Hipster, GDQS, and liquid quality compliance.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Qualification: Graduate degree (preferably in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology or a related field).
- Experience: 2-5 years in Quality Assurance and Quality Systems within Food Processing/FMCG, especially in Distillery, Brewery, or Beverage industries.
- Skills: Expertise in quality management systems, handling quality improvement projects, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- Additional Skills: Soft skills such as team collaboration, communication, and flexibility in working with cross-functional teams.
