We are hiring a Senior Executive-Quality at DIAGEO India, located in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh.
Key Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or DIFAT.
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG (distilleries, breweries, beverages, or food industries).
Hands-on experience with analysis techniques, lab instruments calibration, and maintenance.
Knowledge of QMS, FSMS, and Sensory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Control quality defects in incoming and finished goods to ensure customer satisfaction through high product and process quality standards.
Build and promote food safety and quality culture in the unit.
Oversee end-to-end quality monitoring for incoming and online checks.
Handle quality control activities for raw materials, packaging, in-process material, and finished goods.
Maintain records and update SAP records.
Conduct internal quality audits for GMP, GRMS, and SQIP.
Liaise with government authorities (FSSAI, LMR, Excise) for audits and compliance.
Ensure product samples are sent to external labs for testing and calibrate equipment as per requirements.
Perform raw material and packaging material analysis and report findings on time.
Participate in market surveys, product quality checks, and complaint sample collection.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Vendor communication for rejection handling and development.
Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate an initiative-driven attitude.
A strong focus on GMP/GLP, GSP, and GHP practices, along with 5S in all premises.
