Role Overview
As a Senior Executive in Quality Assurance, you’ll ensure the highest standards of quality and food safety. Your work will support production, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement to boost customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with quality management activities in manufacturing.
- Conduct tests on raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Monitor and improve process capabilities in the plant.
- Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and improve documentation and internal audits.
- Drive a culture of food safety and GMP compliance.
- Collaborate on new product validation, pilot runs, and more!
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science or related fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in food industry quality assurance.
- Certified Internal Auditor (HACCP/ISO/FSSC/BRC certification is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Experience in FMCG and project management is a plus.
