Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Executive Quality Assurance to join our team in Alwar. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality systems in the Food Processing/FMCG sector, specifically in Distillery, Brewery, and Beverage Industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality operations by analyzing raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
- Inspect received packaging materials and communicate non-conformities to vendors.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment as per supplier recommendations.
- Lead and support quality improvement projects, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to address rejection failures.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist the quality manager with various quality-related tasks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Postgraduate qualification in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with quality management systems and developing quality-related SOPs.
- Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
