Educational Qualification
- Degree in Dairy Technology or Food Technology
- Must have a clear understanding of audit standards
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain and update QA documentation, SOPs, and audit reports.
- Coordinate and assist in internal and external audits.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure proper functioning and calibration of lab equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain hygiene, GMP, and sanitation standards.
- Train staff on quality protocols, safety measures, and process improvements.
