About the Role
Ajanta DairyMilk & Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Quality Assurance to join our team in Dholpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our documentation, systems, and quality standards in compliance with ISO, BRC, EIA, and other certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preparation and control of quality documentation.
- Implement and monitor systems as per SOPs.
- Maintain systematic records and ensure documentation integrity.
- Coordinate with government bodies, clients, and agencies for audits and certifications.
- Handle ISO, BRC, EIA documentation and related processes.
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Train team members on documentation and quality processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain compliance standards.
- Manage domestic and international client audits efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/Postgraduate in Dairy Technology or Food Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Sound understanding of audit procedures and documentation.
- Experience managing client and certification audits.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and record-keeping systems.
