Location: Cuttack, Odisha, India
Industry: FMCG / Food Processing / Alcobev
Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities: Lead unit quality systems and capability development
Conduct RM/PM inspections and finished goods quality checks
Drive root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
Manage Internal Audits, FSMS, ISO 9001/22000 & FSSC processes
Support production teams with adherence to quality standards
Develop and conduct quality training programs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using RCPS methodology
Qualifications Required: B.Tech / MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Microbiology or DIFAT
Skills & Expertise: Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Systems
Knowledge of food safety compliances and SOP development
Experience in FMCG / Food / Alcobev industries preferred
Certified Internal/Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000
Strong analytical, training, and project management skills
