India is looking for a passionate and driven Senior Executive – Quality to join our team at the Khasa Unit, Palanpur (Gujarat).

About the Role
As a Senior Executive – Quality, you will:
- Support the Unit Quality In-Charge in strengthening and sustaining quality systems.
- Conduct end-of-line inspections of finished goods as per GFPS standards.
- Perform RM/PM inspections and sensory evaluations.
- Lead root cause analysis and CAPA implementation for quality issues.
- Ensure regulatory compliance without deviations.
- Support Internal Audits and MRM for FSMS.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to maintain high-quality production standards.
- Develop and deliver quality-related training programs.
- Support ISO 9000/22000 implementation and certification processes.
- Monitor MIS reporting and ensure safety & environmental KPIs are met.
Qualifications & Experience
- M.Tech / MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Microbiology, DIFAT, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Systems within Food Processing / FMCG-Food / Alco-Bev industries.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience in SOP development and quality improvement projects.
- Understanding of food safety compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
