The Senior Executive – Quality plays a critical role in ensuring world-class quality, food safety culture, compliance, and process excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor end-to-end quality for incoming materials, in-process checks, online inspections, and finished goods.
  • Control and prevent quality defects to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
  • Conduct analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products as per standards.
  • Manage quality control activities, SAP record updates, and maintain documentation.
  • Perform internal audits for GMP, GRMS, SQIP, and ensure compliance with QMS & FSMS.
  • Coordinate with government authorities (FSSAI, LMR, Excise) for audits and compliance.
  • Ensure equipment calibration and external laboratory sample dispatch.
  • Implement GMP, GLP, GSP, GHP, and maintain 5S across premises.
  • Train and develop shop-floor teams on quality practices.
  • Handle vendor communication for rejection management and corrective actions.
  • Conduct market visits for product surveys, complaint investigations, and sample collection.
  • Maintain MIS data and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or DIFAT.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG sectors such as distilleries, breweries, beverages, or food industries.
  • Hands-on expertise in lab analysis techniques, calibration, and instrument maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of QMS, FSMS, GMP, GLP, GHP, and 5S.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SAP.
  • Strong communication skills, smart decision-making ability & quick learning attitude.
  • Capability to build, promote, and maintain strong quality and food safety culture.
