As the Senior Executive Quality, you will lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the Quality Section Manager.
Job Description
How You Will Contribute:
Support elements of the site’s quality system including internal documentation and change management control.
Manage quality policy amendments and registration of internal and external documentation.
Coordinate internal audits, effective PDCA cycles, and CAPA system management.
Oversee the bi-annual eQCMS review, handle consumer complaints, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspections.

Experience in project management and multitasking.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Salmonella positives and manage class 2 pathogen cultures.
Make critical decisions based on microbiological results.
Evaluate batches for release based on senior microbiologist visual interpretation.
Ensure compliance with FSSC, FSSAI, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct testing for APC, Yeast & Mold, Coliforms, E. Coli, S. Aureus, and Salmonella.
Run micro lab equipment and troubleshoot issues.
Develop and implement the environmental monitoring program, including PEM and Zoning.
Lead the overall micro-operation from end to end.
Education & Certifications
Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in microbiology.
