Location: Magarpatta, Pune
Experience: 3-5 years (Mandatory FMCG background)
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify license compliance of vendors as per FSSAI
- Finalize product specifications & ensure proper food categorization & compliance
- Ensure adherence to legal metrology mandates & regulatory compliance
- Provide accurate product details for artwork as per FSSAI & Legal Metrology
- Validate & verify nutritional analysis, shelf-life reports, & claims data
- Conduct artwork verification in line with existing & upcoming regulations
- Ensure end-to-end compliance for brand products
- Maintain product stability, consistency, and quality
- Extensive knowledge of food laws, quality systems, & audits
