Role Overview:
As a Senior Executive – Production, you will play a key role in executing production plans, ensuring efficient bottling operations, maintaining quality standards, and driving productivity improvements on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute production schedules and achieve order execution targets
• Monitor line-wise production output and resolve production issues
• Ensure smooth bottling, filling, sealing, packing, and machine operations
• Maintain production data and records in SAP
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, environment, and security standards
• Coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime
• Manage resources, materials, and productivity optimization
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and utility reduction ideas
• Train and guide workmen to ensure uninterrupted production
• Conduct daily shop-floor toolbox talks on safety, quality, and productivity
Qualifications:
• B.Sc / BE / B.Tech (MBA – Operations / Bottling Operations preferred)
Experience:
• 2–5 years in Alco-Bev or FMCG industry
• Knowledge of production & bottling operations
• Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems
