About the Job:
Purpose of the Role:
As Senior Executive Production, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production requirements across multiple lines. This role involves ensuring safety, maintaining quality standards, coordinating staffing, and driving continuous improvement in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day production, ensuring safety and quality.
Provide leadership to meet or exceed performance metrics.
Optimize efficiency through continuous improvement.
Train, supervise, and motivate employees; handle performance reviews and conflict resolution.
Ensure production databases are up to date.
Support safety and food safety audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
Oversee bottling operations, working in a team-based environment to solve problems and implement key initiatives.
Manage shift operations effectively.
Qualifications:
B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Food Technology or DIFAT preferred.
5-7 years of experience in Packaging Operations, Quality Assurance, and Quality Systems within the IMFL (Indian Made Foreign Liquor) industry.
Strong knowledge of state excise-related regulations in the IMFL industry.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proven expertise in IMFL operations.
Strong leadership with the ability to influence and coach team members.
Problem-solving, team-building, and continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
