The Opportunity – Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Food Safety & Quality to manage and strengthen food safety systems, hygiene practices, audits, and compliance processes across operations.


Key Responsibilities

Food Safety Management

  • Implement and monitor HACCP and FSSAI food safety plans.
  • Conduct routine hygiene audits in production and warehouse areas.
  • Ensure pest control effectiveness and corrective actions.
  • Monitor hygiene compliance of production and warehouse teams.

Quality Control & Assurance

  • Perform in-process checks for BIB/BIJ lines (sealing, weight, packaging, batch printing).
  • Conduct checks for incoming RM/PM and finished goods
    as per COA and specs.
  • Lead internal audits and support external audits (FSSAI, ISO, customer audits).
  • Maintain accurate documentation (BMR, test logs, release notes).

Training & Awareness

  • Train staff on GMP, GHP, and food safety handling practices.
  • Conduct food safety mock drills and scenario-based training.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain and update SOPs, quality records, deviation logs, and traceability documents.
  • Ensure full traceability and timely reconciliation.
  • Raise and manage NCs, CAPA, and ensure timely closure.
