We’re Hiring: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – New Product Development (Food)
Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: Degree in Food Technology
Industry: Food / FMCG
We are looking for a dynamic Product Development professional to drive New Product Development (NPD) and renovation projects—from concept to commercialization—while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and reformulate food products from concept to launch
• Translate marketing briefs into commercially viable product formulations
• Conduct bench, pilot, and plant trials
• Support product trials, commercialization, and scale-up
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, and quality standards
• Manage raw material evaluation, vendor coordination, and specifications
• Drive shelf-life studies, sensory evaluation, and product optimization
• Focus on cost optimization and continuous process improvement
• Collaborate with Marketing, Quality, Packaging, Sourcing, and Operations teams
Preferred Background:
• Experience in Food, Beverages, Staples, Dairy, Snacks, Nutraceuticals, or FMCG
• Exposure to NPD stage-gate processes
• Strong stakeholder management, specification, and project management skills
