Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and modification of beverage solutions, focusing on customer needs and future opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise in the use of ingredients like hydrocolloids, emulsifiers, and proteins.
- Conduct laboratory trials, troubleshoot issues, and share knowledge with customers.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to regional business initiatives.
What You Need:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology or related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in beverage product development.
- Strong knowledge in proteins, hydrocolloids, and beverage processes.
- Excellent project management, technical problem-solving, and organizational skills.
