Qualification
- B.Tech – Food Technology
- ITI – Mechanical / Electrical
- Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹4.5 LPA
SEASONING PLANNER – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end RM, production, inventory & dispatch planning
• Prepare material indents, POs/FPOs and ensure timely RM availability
• Monitor production plans, inventory, vendor capacity, material expiry & shortages
• Manage SAP transactions, BOM updates, GRN/SRN, material codes & planning activities
• Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Finance, Vendors & Central Planning
• Drive cost optimization, KPI tracking, compliance & new product development

MULTI-TRACK PACKING MACHINE OPERATOR
• Operate 10-track & 12-track VFFS packing machines for sachet packing
• Set machine parameters including filling weight, sachet size, sealing temperature & speed
• Achieve production targets while minimizing downtime, rejection & material wastage
• Conduct in-process quality checks for weight, sealing, coding, MRP & product quality
• Follow Safety, EHS, GMP, BBS, PPE & SOP requirements
• Maintain production records and perform basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance & Stores teams
Experience: 2–5 years in VFFS / multi-track packing, preferably in Food/FMCG/Seasoning
