Offshore Canning is a growing seafood processing and canning company based in the Andaman Islands. We specialize in high-quality canned sardines, mackerel, and value-added seafood products, delivering export-standard quality from the pristine Andaman Sea to global markets.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Seafood Canning Technologist to oversee and optimize the complete canning process—from raw material handling to final sterilization—ensuring product safety, consistency, and compliance with national and international food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise seafood canning operations including filling, seaming, sterilization, cooling, and storage
Monitor thermal processing parameters (Fo value, temperature, pressure)
Implement HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and MPEDA/EIC standards
Inspect seaming quality and troubleshoot defects
Manage retort operations and equipment performance
Assist in product development and sauce formulation
Maintain documentation, compliance, and traceability
Train and coordinate production teams

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Fish Processing Technology, Seafood Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience in seafood or canning operations
Strong knowledge of thermal processing, seaming, HACCP, and food safety systems
