About the Job
The ideal candidate will manage and execute brand marketing initiatives, focusing on influencer and social media marketing. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging with social media creators, executing influencer campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with influencers. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategies and drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):
Define fortnightly priorities in coordination with the Central team.
Develop and submit weekly experiment plans.
Design and implement a standardized experiment sheet for data logging.
Ensure weekly and monthly targets for experiments and production transitions are met.
Update the centralized COGs log after experiment finalization and production rollout.
Ensure all apparatus and ingredients are available 72 hours prior to experiments.
Coordinate with the Central team to set weekly budgets and obtain approvals.
Provide regular updates on cost optimization through DOD (Day on Day), WOW (Week on Week), and MOM (Month on Month) reports.
Develop and implement QA protocols for newly launched SKUs.
Ensure smooth production of pilot batches during new product launches.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
Experience in R&D, particularly in the food industry.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Excellent knowledge of food product development, experimentation, and production processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
