About the Role:
PepsiCo is hiring for the role of SC QC Coordinator at its Patiala facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards of Raw and Packaging Materials (RM/PM) received at the plant. This includes quality checks, vendor communication, audits, and implementation of safety and compliance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of RM/PM materials to meet FLI standards.
- Monitor RM/PM tests and report non-compliances.
- Communicate corrective actions to service providers.
- Maintain reports for internal communication and audits.
- Conduct regular audits of storage conditions and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Implement and monitor GMP, GHK, GLP practices and ensure compliance with audits (HACCP, AIB, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors on root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
- Ensure food safety standards and smooth plant operations.
Qualifications Required:
- B.Sc/ B.E./ B.Tech/ M.Sc in Food Technology
