Overview
PepsiCo is seeking an SC QC Coordinator to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in the plant operations at Patiala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality control over raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM), ensuring compliance with PepsiCo’s FLI standards. The candidate will also conduct regular audits, manage communication with vendors, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks on RM/PM materials received at the plant, ensuring compliance with FLI standards.
Monitor tests, report non-compliance, and communicate corrective actions.
Maintain accurate reports and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.
Conduct regular audits of RM/PM storage for compliance with FIFO/FEFO implementation.
Implement food safety policies at the plant.
Maintain and enforce quality control systems for vendors and suppliers.
Ensure adherence to GMP, GHK, GLP, and manage internal/external audits, including HACCP, AIB, Personal Hygiene, and Process audits.
Communicate root cause analysis to vendors, follow up on corrective actions, and report discrepancies.
Qualifications
B.Sc/ B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc in Food Technology
