Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks of RM/PM materials to meet FLI standards
- Monitor testing processes and report non-compliance
- Ensure implementation of food safety policies at the plant
- Perform audits for storage conditions and FIFO/FEFO compliance
- Maintain GMP, GLP, HACCP, and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with vendors on root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure quality compliance through inspections and reporting
Qualifications:
- B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology
