Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks of RM/PM materials to ensure compliance with FLI standards
Monitor testing, report non-compliance, and drive corrective & preventive actions
Implement and maintain GMP, GHK, GLP standards
Lead and support internal & external audits (HACCP, AIB, Personal Hygiene, Process Audits)
Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO implementation and storage audits
Collaborate with vendors for root cause analysis and quality improvements
Maintain accurate quality documentation and reporting systems
Qualifications:
• B.Sc / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology
