Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure top-notch product quality through rigorous online checks and inspections
- Conduct analytical and visual tests on raw materials and finished products
- Ma intain GMP, GHK, GLP standards and manage internal/external audits (HACCP, AIB)
- Monitor critical process parameters – slicers, fryers, seasoners, oil quality
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with Production, Agro, and Quality teams for seamless operations
