Role: SC QC Associate Coordinator

About the Role:
As an SC QC Associate Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring top-tier product quality and reducing customer complaints through stringent on-line quality control and process audits. You’ll be hands-on in implementing food safety systems, performing root cause analysis, and leading quality improvements in a high-speed production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process quality checks to ensure FLI standards are met
Conduct inspections and verify machine parameters (Peelers, Fryers, Slicers, etc.)
Monitor fryer oil quality and optimize oil usage
Maintain GMP, GHK, GLP and ensure audit readiness (HACCP, AIB, etc.)
Troubleshoot quality issues and drive corrective actions
Qualifications:
M.Sc. in Chemistry / Food Tech / Dairy Tech (or related postgrad degree)
2–5 years of experience in Food/Beverage/FMCG industries
Exposure to food safety, ISO systems, HACCP, AIB, and TPM preferred
