Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related field.
We are looking for an experienced Sanitarian to join our team at the Taloja manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and continuously improve sanitation programs across the manufacturing facility.
- Manage the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and ensure effective implementation.
- Drive GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000 compliance.
- Lead environmental monitoring, sanitation verification and validation activities.
- Manage pest control programs and coordinate with external service providers.
- Conduct GEMBA walks, sanitation inspections and audit assessments.
- Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints and implement effective CAPA.
- Monitor food safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train associates on hygiene, SSOPs, allergen control and food safety practices.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 7–12 years of experience in sanitation or food safety within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and food safety systems.
- Experience in environmental monitoring, allergen management and pest control.
- Knowledge of CIP/COP, SSOP development and hygienic equipment design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
