Job Description
We are currently looking forSomeone to manage our salesand marketing of food ingredientsin Mumbai and has knowledgeabout international sourcing anddomestic sales. We are lookingfor someone who is organized,adventurous and up for a challenge.The right candidate for this rolewould most importantly have anentrepreneurial spirit, want to gainan understanding and experienceof launching a new product in amarket and would preferably haveexperience of the food ingredientsindustry.
Roles and Responsibilities
•Managing the entire product linelife cycle from strategic planning totactical activities.
•Establishes productive, professional relationships with keypersonnel in assigned customeraccounts
•Cultivate new leads withinthe sales territory, interacting &following up with them.
•To recognise consumer’s needs,and go around on a recurring basis.
•Represent the brand while educating customers on how theproducts can benefit them.Monitoring industry challenges,new products, and marketconditions.
•Developing Sales Strategies.Ensure timely supplies andcollection from all the accounts.
•Obtaining customer feedback &escalating with Reporting Managerfor further discussions.
•Forwarding the consolidatedreport to the business line on a regular interval.
To chase outstanding on anaggressive basis.
Knowledge & Skills Required
Excellent communications skills,both written and verba l& Strongconsultative selling skills.
High degree of personal integrityand professionalism. Persistent andskilled at negotiating.
Should Possess good customerservice skills & persuasiveness.
Focused and competent,accountable at all times and striveto deliver time bound results.
Understanding of Foodingredients with competitiveanalysis and product mapping.
Should maintain a positiveattitude & loyalty and constantlyencourage others.
