- B.Voc. / M.Voc. / M.Sc. Ag. / B.Sc. Ag. / MBA Agribusiness / M.S.W.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years
CTC:
- ₹2.50 to ₹5.00 LPA (depending on the interview)

Key Responsibilities:
- Building and Strengthening Producer Institutions: Work closely with farmer groups to establish and strengthen producer institutions.
- Capacity Building: Conduct training sessions and workshops for farmers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly collect, analyze, and report data on farmer activities and institutional performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with local authorities, NGOs, and other stakeholders to support and promote producer institutions.
- Market Linkage Facilitation: Assist in connecting farmers with market opportunities to enhance their income and sustainability.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor the progress of various initiatives and provide feedback for improvement.
