About the Job
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RMPM Executive to join our team at PEPSICO in Kosi, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of Raw Material/Packaging Material (RM/PM) received and used within our plant, in compliance with FLI standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining food safety policies, conducting regular audits, and liaising with vendors to uphold our commitment to quality.
Key Accountabilities:
- Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks on RM/PM materials received at the plant, ensuring compliance with FLI quality standards.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor RM/PM tests, report non-compliance issues, and communicate necessary corrective actions. Maintain accurate reports for stakeholders.
- Audits: Perform regular audits of RM/PM stores to assess storage conditions and FIFO/FEFO implementation.
- Food Safety: Ensure the smooth implementation of food safety policies within the plant.
- Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors regarding root cause analysis for deviations, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure RM/PM materials meet FLI standards.
- GMP Compliance: Ensure the maintenance and implementation of GMP, GHK, GLP, and internal/external audits (HACCP, AIB, Personal Hygiene, Process audit).
Responsibilities:
- Functional Skills: RM/PM testing, Food Safety Systems, QA Systems, GMP policy adherence.
- Behavioral Skills: Analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, trustworthy, excellent communication, ability to lead and collaborate, ability to work under pressure, and high integrity.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc/B.E./B.Tech in Food Technology.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
