Location: Madhyamgram, West Bengal, India

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and development activities to innovate and improve tea products.
Oversee quality control processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Train and mentor team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in BSc
Master’s in Food Tech
Proficiency in English Communication
1-3 years of experience in Research and as Quality Incharge (Tea Industry experience preferred)

Salary: Up to 2-2.5 LPA
