Job Overview:
We are looking for a Research & Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research, developing new products, and improving existing formulations. This is a full-time position based in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Food Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the animal industry.
- Strong knowledge of feed additives, ingredients, and formulation techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to develop innovative solutions and improve existing products for the animal industry.
- Formulate and test new feed additives and ingredients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development and commercialization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and market competition.
- Manage projects and timelines to meet research and development objectives.
- Document and communicate research findings and results to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product development.
