Vinayak Ingredients (India) Pvt. Ltd., a leading producer of Menthol, food coloring, flavoring agents, and feed additives, is looking to expand its team. We are seeking a Research & Development Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing company based in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to develop new products and improve existing formulations, especially for the animal industry.
- Formulate, test, and enhance feed additives and ingredients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and market competition.
- Manage projects and timelines to meet research and development objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Food Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in research and development, ideally in the animal industry.
- Strong knowledge of feed additives, ingredients, and formulation techniques.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
