Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Research & Development Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with 1-3 years of experience, especially in the animal industry. The R&D Executive will be responsible for conducting research, developing new products, and improving existing formulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to develop new feed additives and improve existing products.
- Formulate, test, and ensure the commercial success of feed additives and ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market competition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in product development.
- Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance in all projects.
- Document and report research findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Food Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the animal industry.
- Strong understanding of feed additives, ingredients, and formulation techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
