Role: Research & Development Associate
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 1–4 Years
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and optimize formulations across powders, tablets, capsules, liquids, sachets, and granules
• Conduct excipient compatibility, taste masking, solubility & stability studies
• Research APIs, bioactives, and functional ingredients for efficacy and safety
• Support scale-up from lab to commercial manufacturing
• Ensure documentation, compliance (FSSAI, GMP), and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements: • Background in Food Technology / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Pharmacology
• Experience in R&D, NPD, or Food Processing
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Adaptable, curious, and quick to learn
