Wellversed is looking for a Food & Beverage Specialist (New Product Development) to join our growing team in Gurugram, Haryana.
If you have 1–4 years of experience in Food Processing, R&D, or NPD and a passion for building innovative nutraceutical or pharmaceutical products, this could be your next big move!
Key Responsibilities:
Product formulation & new product development (powders, tablets, capsules, liquids, sachets, granules)
Ingredient & molecule research (APIs, bioactives, nutraceutical ingredients)
Scale-up & technology transfer (lab to commercial production)
Documentation, regulatory compliance (FSSAI, GMP), and cross-functional collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–4 years of full-time experience in Food Processing / R&D / NPD
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Food Technology, or Pharmacology
- Strong research skills & knowledge of formulation development
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets)
- Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn
