Position: Research and Development Executive
Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India
Industry: Food Processing
Experience: 2-5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields
Research and Development Executive-Elite Foods
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in Research & Development (R&D) and New Product Development (NPD) within the food industry, with expertise in the baking sector.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and FSSA regulations compliance.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in managing R&D lab functions and operations.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate in product development and revamping.
- Manage nutritional value calculations, lab documentation, and create SOPs.
- Maintain and organize R&D lab facilities, equipment, and product samples.
- Provide troubleshooting support for existing products.
Good-to-Have Responsibilities:
- Apply scientific knowledge in food safety, quality, and nutrition for product registration and development.
- Monitor regulations related to raw materials, finished products, and import/export activities.
