1) New Product Development

2) Knowledge about FSSAI regulations, Licensing

3) Knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 and implementation

4) Should have knowledge about labelling regulations and nutritional calculation

5)RM vendor verification and quality assurance

6) Observing and managing FSSAI and Food Safety Management Regulation in the organization.
