At Skylark Foods, we’re looking for a Regulatory & Compliance Officer to strengthen our compliance framework, keep our operations audit-ready, and help deliver safe, trusted food products to consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Legal Metrology, Packaging & Labelling, and other statutory requirements
Review and develop compliant packaging and labels for new and existing products
Maintain regulatory documentation, records, and license renewals
Support internal & external audits and drive CAPA actions
Handle customer complaints and coordinate investigations with corrective actions
Collaborate with QA, Production, R&D, Legal, and Marketing teams
Track regulatory updates and guide teams on new laws or amendments
What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in food regulatory, compliance, or QA roles
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI, Legal Metrology & labelling regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Strong communication skills with an audit-ready mindset
