Skylark Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quality & Regulatory Affairs Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of food regulatory compliance and hands-on experience in the food manufacturing sector, preferably non-vegetarian products.
Regulatory Affairs Executive (Quality & Compliance)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, EIC, APEDA, and applicable global regulatory standards
- Manage product approvals, licenses, renewals, and regulatory documentation
- Review and approve product labels, packaging, claims, and mandatory declarations
- Oversee packaging artwork approvals for new and existing products
- Coordinate with government authorities, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies
- Handle Halal certification, international compliance, and related audits
- Support R&D and QA teams in new product development and audit readiness
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely internal communication
- Support compliance with HACCP, ISO/FSSC standards
Regulatory Affairs Executive (Quality & Compliance)
Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, or Microbiology
- Strong knowledge of food safety and regulatory frameworks
Experience Required
- 3–8 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs / Quality
- Experience in frozen food or meat processing will be an added advantage
Salary
- Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
