Kemin Industries is looking for a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. This role is key to providing research, technical support, and laboratory analysis to help our customers achieve business targets. As a Regional Technical Manager, you’ll play a vital role in collaborating with R&D teams to develop protocols, conduct trials, analyze data, and deliver valuable solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct plant trials and provide technical support to the sales team.
Develop creative sales tools and customer engagement strategies.
Train customers and upskill the sales team.
Generate technical data, maintain documentation, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with R&D and product management teams to develop and improve products.
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Nutrition, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in food ingredients, with expertise in bakery, confectionery, sauces, and seasoning.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and innovation skills.
Willingness to travel (~40%) across Asia.
