About the Role:

Param Dairy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales operations in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the FMCG/Dairy industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional performance metrics.
  • Drive execution of trade marketing plans and channel development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in the FMCG/Dairy sector, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong command over channel sales, distribution management, and modern trade
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
