About the Role:
Param Dairy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales operations in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the FMCG/Dairy industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional performance metrics.
- Drive execution of trade marketing plans and channel development initiatives.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in the FMCG/Dairy sector, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong command over channel sales, distribution management, and modern trade .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
